If your gutter seams are beginning to leak, this is a sure sign that your gutters are at the end of their useful life. While Andes Roofing does quite a few gutter seam repairs, when the seams are already filled with sealant, it is usually pointless to add more sealant because it blocks the flow of the gutters. When gutters start to pull away from the wall, your gutter supports could be rusted and drop the gutter on your head at any time! It’s important to watch for wood damage. When a gutter system is at the end of its useful life, it may allow water to get behind the gutter and rot the gutter boards, causing structural damage to your home!
