Commercial Sales Representative
Company: Andes Roofing
Reports to: Commercial Sales Manager
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday
Service Area: Approximately 1-Hour Radius of Sellersburg, Indiana
Compensation: Base Salary + Commission + Tiered Bonus
The Commercial Sales Representative is responsible for developing new commercial roofing business, managing inbound commercial opportunities, performing roof inspections, diagnosing roofing issues, estimating the proper solution, and closing profitable work.
This position requires a strong combination of business development, relationship building, technical roofing knowledge, estimating, and sales execution. The Commercial Sales Representative will manage opportunities from the initial conversation through inspection, proposal, sale, and turnover to the production team.
