On Tuesday 9/1/2026 Dawson came out to our house to check out a leak around the chimney. He wanted to get another opinion to what was going on. Today 9/4/2026 Josh came over and went up on the roof to see what was going on. Dawson joined him. The both decided that I had some bad nailing on my roof . These 2 men went above and beyond for me. After replacing some of the nails they came down and wouldn't charge me anything. These men are very professional and when it's time for a new roof I will be calling them back. I had such a great experience with this roofing company from beginning to end. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly nice, helpful, and patient with all of my questions. I really appreciated how transparent they were throughout the entire process. They clearly explained what they were seeing with my roof, what they recommended doing to fix it, and why. They also provided multiple photos, which made it so much easier for me to understand exactly what they were talking about and what their plan was. My representative, Daniel, was especially great to work with. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through all of my options without ever making me feel pressured. I really appreciated that he didn’t try to convince me that I needed to do every repair all at once. He was honest about what needed attention and helped me understand what made the most sense for me. I also can’t say enough about how well they communicated and followed up. I always felt like I knew what was going on and never felt like I was left wondering what the next step was. That level of transparency and customer service really stood out to me. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who needs roofing work. William was our sales representative. He explained the procedure and materials thoroughly. If he didn’t have an answer to a question, he got it quickly. The team came out, completed the job in one day. Clean up was excellent. Andes put a roof on my father’s house and mine. Every single person we spoke to or had work on our home was outstanding. They were reasonable in their pricing, exceptional on their timing and overall quality. They go to great lengths to walk the homeowner through the issues they find, the quote process, and how they handle any repairs or replacements. We are so very humbled by the care and great attention we received from Andes Roofing. They came to our home and treated it like it was their very own. The entire crew put in a very long day to make our home beautiful. The timeline photos kept us informed and up to the minute on each new phase of construction. Great care was taken to surround the exterior with netting and drop cloths to catch debris falling from the roof. Throughout the day we were in constant contact with Ramsey and Bailey, our site supervisors who addressed our concerns and advised us of needed repairs for a quality outcome on the project. As the day began to wind down, there was a flurry of activity to restore solace to the grounds, broom-up all that did not belong or was not there before. A final grooming and inspection assured us of a quality 5 Star job well done, and as they say " The Only Thing Left Behind Is A New Roof". Every time we think we have a problem with our roof, Andes NEVER EVER hesitates to come and inspect it. Alec was the first contact with Andes and he didn’t disappoint. Matthew was involved with our initial installment. Fantastic work, workers and supervisor seen in Matthew. Andes is professional, wonderfully affordable for quality products, and punctual. The office staff members are kind, professional, and patient. Just a wonderful company, all the way around. Please don’t waste your time and money with other roofing companies. I just had my roof replaced and it is gorgeous! They were super well-organized, even my neighbors commented on how seamlessly the work went! They covered everything or moved it beforehand, kept me updated on every phase of the job, and then when it was done it was inspected by 2 different people to make sure that it was done correctly. They replaced all of my lawn ornaments and furniture and picked up all the nails. I absolutely trust them and their work and recommend them!
