Site Supervisor – Andes Roofing
Full-Time | Monday – Friday | Field-Based in Southern Indiana
Do you love leading crews, solving problems on the fly, and making sure every detail on a job site gets done right? Andes Roofing is looking for a dependable and motivated Site Supervisor to oversee roofing projects and help deliver a top-tier experience to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations on job sites to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency
- Communicate clearly with homeowners, providing updates and answering questions throughout the project
- Coordinate and lead subcontractor crews to ensure proper installation and site cleanliness
- Conduct quality control inspections and address any issues promptly
- Deliver materials, ensure proper equipment is on-site, and maintain project timelines
- Serve as the face of Andes Roofing on the job—upholding our high standards and values
- Maintain accurate records of job progress, crew performance, and material usage
- Report to the production manager with updates and ensure projects close out successfully
Requirements:
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple crews and jobs at once
- Clear and confident communication with both team members and homeowners
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on job quality and customer satisfaction
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Roofing or construction experience strongly preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay Range: $21–$25/hr
Schedule: Monday to Friday
