Job Summary:
The Sales Support will be essential in bridging the gap between sales and production, ensuring a smooth workflow and error-free job processing. This position will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, supporting the sales team, and upholding the Andes Roofing commitment to exceptional customer service.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • File Management: Review all job files to ensure accuracy and completeness, identifying and resolving any errors before jobs proceed to production.
  • Sales Coordination: Work closely with the sales team to ensure all necessary notes and customer details are recorded, enabling a flawless customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Deposit Collection: Oversee the collection of deposits prior to job scheduling to ensure readiness for production.
  • Customer Information Collection: Act as a backup for collecting essential customer information over the phone when required, maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor.
  • Workflow Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve data flow, job tracking, and customer record accuracy, supporting continuous improvement within the sales-to-production transition.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Experience in data administration, project coordination, or customer service, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, ensuring thorough file reviews and data accuracy.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient with standard office software and project management tools.
  • Strong communication skills, able to work effectively with sales, production, and customers.
  • A proactive self-starter who is solution-focused and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive and professional attitude, committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Pay Range: $18-$20/hour
